About Us

Since 2002 our Sierra Blanca Family Medicine Clinic has been providing qualified medical care to you and your family. We are affiliated with Health Care Solutions, PA (hcs-nm.com) and strive to provide essential medical services to our communities.

Dr. Frank DiMotta is Board Certified in Family Medicine and has practiced medicine for over 40 years. He graduated from the New Mexico School of Medicine and completed his family practice residency at Mountainside Hospital in Montclair, New Jersey. Before starting his practice in Ruidoso in 2000, he spent ten years in private practice in Lompoc, California. Before medical school, Dr. DiMotta as an electrical engineer for Leeds and Northrup in New York. He is also an Air Force veteran, serving five years, including a 13-month tour in Vietnam as an F-4 backseater. Dr. DiMotta's specialties include family practice, pediatrics, gynecology, and minor surgery.

Christie Haase is a Certified Nurse Practitioner. She worked as a registered nurse for 16 years before graduating from Carson Newman University in 2023 with her Master of Science of Nursing. Christie recently relocated from Tampa, Florida to Ruidoso, New Mexico in 2021 and has fallen in love with the people, culture, and beautiful landscapes of this state. She is passionate about being a lifelong learner and feels honored to care for patients in a family practice setting.
